The entrance is on the ground level, through a comfortable terrace and surrounded by gardens.

The living room is decorated with solid wood Thai-style furniture. It also contains modern AV equipment including a 29" flat-screen television, DVD player and cable TV service featuring with international as well as Asian channels.

The dining room includes an extendable solid oak table which accomodates up to 10 guests.

The kitchen is divided into internal and external sections. The internal section is equipped with microwave oven, coffee machine, large refrigerator and deep-freezer. Cutlery, crockery, glassware and cookware are also provided.

The sheltered external kitchen area contains a Thai-style gas cooker, typically used with a wok but suitable for other cooking styles.

The ground floor bathroom contains a toilet, sink and shower with electric hot water.

The ground floor also contains one double bedroom, particularly suited to older or disabled guests who find stairs difficult. This room has a King Size Bed, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and a television.

The master bedroom is very large and features 4 single beds, a built-in wardrobe and cable TV as well as a corner balcony which overlooks the front of the house, a nearby park and the hills which surround Kanchanaburi city.

The first floor contains two other bedrooms, each containing a king size bed, and both of which feature built-in wardrobes.

A central bathroom is also located on the first floor, containing sink, toilet and shower with electric hot water.

All three bedrooms have individually controlled air-conditioning.

Next to the external kitchen area is a covered external terrace. The shade and cool breeze which often runs through the area make this a very comfortable place to serve meals any time of the day.

Outside there is also a sheltered car park suitable for one vehicle, and a private garden with grass and shrubs - a peaceful place to relax in total privacy.
